Travelers staying in Mataram, Senggigi, Kuta, and Tetebatu will be picked up directly from their hotel between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM using a comfortable Toyota Hiace. The designated meeting location is the Golden Island Cruises office in Kopang, Central Lombok.

If you’re staying in Gili Trawangan, please head to the Golden Island Cruises outlet near the main harbor by 7:00 AM. Our friendly staff will assist you with the boat transfer to Bangsal Harbor, where your registration will be completed at Pandu Restaurant.

For those based in Gili Meno or Gili Air, please make your own way directly to Pandu Restaurant in Bangsal for registration.
