Under his leadership, the 17Tour Agency experienced rapid growth, attracting countless travellers eager to discover the natural wonders of Komodo National Park.
As demand continued to rise, Lalu Agus took a bold step by founding Golden Island Cruises. This company quickly established itself as a premier provider of Komodo boat tours, operating in partnership with Komodo Tour Indonesia. He began by acquiring the Pulau Mas boat, which at the time had a tarnished reputation and poor reviews due to its previous management. Through a clear vision, dedication, and meticulous attention to detail, he successfully revitalized the boat and rebranded it under Golden Island Cruises, transforming it into a trusted, high-quality option for Komodo boat tours.
Through consistent excellence in service and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction, Golden Island Cruises quickly rose in prominence. Positive feedback from passengers marked a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution, establishing it as a standout among Komodo tour providers.
