These booking terms and conditions apply to all reservations made with Komodo Tour Indonesia. To ensure a clear understanding and avoid any miscommunication, guests are required to carefully read and agree to these terms and conditions prior to confirming their booking.

Steps 1. Confirm Your Reservation
To secure your booking, please complete the following steps:
A. Passport or Identification Copy
As part of our booking process, we kindly request a copy of each traveler’s identification for registration purposes.
Foreign guests are required to provide a copy of their passport.
Indonesian guests are required to provide a copy of their KTP (Indonesian ID card).
This information ensures that all personal details are accurate and complete for your trip. Please email a scanned copy or a clear photo of the relevant identification page as soon as possible.
B. Deposit Payment
A deposit payment is required to confirm your reservation and secure your spot. The deposit amount is a minimum of 50% of the total trip cost, and your booking will be officially confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the departure date.
C. Payment Methods for Deposit (as stated in our Booking Terms and Conditions)
For your convenience, we offer the following secure payment options:
Bank Transfer
You may transfer the deposit directly to our bank account. Banking details will be provided once you select this payment method.
Credit Card
Deposit payments may also be made via credit card. Please note that an additional 3% charge will apply to cover bank administrative fees.
Alternatively, if you choose to make the payment directly through our official website, credit card payments are available; however, additional tax and service fees may apply.
Please inform us of your preferred payment method, and we will provide the necessary payment details accordingly.
Step 2. Arrival Details
To ensure a smooth and well coordinated arrival, we kindly request that you provide the following arrival and pick-up details at least 2 days prior to your arrival date in Lombok or Labuan Bajo, depending on your selected trip.
Pick-Up Service Information
For all trips, pick up arrangements require the name of your hotel or accommodation and pick up location
A. Arriving by Flight
Please provide your flight details, including the airline name, flight number, and arrival time, so we can arrange your airport pick up accordingly.
B. Arriving by Fast Boat
Please inform us of the fast boat company name and arrival time, allowing us to coordinate your pick up efficiently.
C. Already in Lombok
If you are already in Lombok, please share the name of your hotel or pick up area, so our team can meet you at the correct location.
Pick Up Coverage Lombok to Labuan Bajo Trips
For guests booking a trip from Lombok to Labuan Bajo, our package includes pick up service from the following areas:
Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, Gili Air, Mataram, Senggigi and Kuta Lombok
D. Trips Around Labuan Bajo
For guests booking around Labuan Bajo trips, please ensure that your accommodation is located within or around Labuan Bajo city, as pick up services are arranged from hotels in the Labuan Bajo area.
Providing complete and accurate arrival details will help us ensure timely pick up and a seamless start to your journey with Komodo Tour Indonesia.
Step 3. Review and Completion
Upon receipt of your pick up details, we will proceed with finalizing all travel arrangements to ensure a smooth, well organized, and seamless experience.

Terms of Payment
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required within 24 hours after receiving the invoice to confirm your reservation.
- The deposit may be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
- For bookings made through our official website, full payment is required at the time of booking. Partial payments are not available for website reservations.
- Any bank transfer or transaction fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
- The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days prior to the trip commencement date.
- After completing any payment, guests are required to submit the proof of payment to our staff for verification purposes.
Cancellation Policy
- Requests for rescheduling must be submitted at least 1 (one) month prior to the trip departure date, subject to availability and applicable policies.
- In the event of trip cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellations made 60 days prior to the departure may eligible for 100% refund (minus admin fees)
Cancelation within 30 days of departures may incure 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the departure are genrally non-refundable
Booking amandments are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees.
- All cancellation fees are calculated based on the total booking amount, regardless of the amount already paid.
- In the event that a cancellation is caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control, refund or rescheduling policies will be reviewed and determined on a case by case basis, subject to the prevailing conditions.
Medical Information
All participants are required to be in good physical health and medical condition to join the trip. By confirming the booking, participants declare that they are physically fit and capable of taking part in all scheduled activities.
Participants are kindly requested to inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements, so that appropriate arrangements may be made where possible.
We provide a basic first aid kit during the trip. However, participants are strongly advised to bring their own personal medications, including but not limited to prescribed medicines, bandages, antibiotics, pain relievers, and any preventive medication such as anti malaria treatment, if required.
Limitation of Liability
Komodo Tour Indonesia acts only as an intermediary between guests and third party service providers including but not limited to boat operators, marine transportation companies, accommodation providers, and other contractors involved in the provision of boat trips and marine itineraries.
Once guests have boarded the boat, full responsibility for the safety, operations, services, crew, and onboard activities rests entirely with the boat provider, including the captain, crew, and onboard staff. Komodo Tour Indonesia shall not be held responsible for any acts, omissions, negligence, or incidents occurring onboard the vessel.
Komodo Tour Indonesia shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury (including death), illness, nor for any delay, alteration of schedule, cancellation, or other irregularity arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, actions or omissions of third party service providers, adverse weather or sea conditions, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other force majeure.

Travel Insurance Recommendation
Komodo Tour Indonesia strongly recommends that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. The insurance should adequately cover, but is not limited to, trip cancellation, trip interruption, personal illness or injury, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and flight delays or cancellations.
Travel insurance is intended to protect guests in the event they are unable to participate in the boat trip due to personal reasons, health related issues, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond their control.
Please note that Komodo Tour Indonesia shall not be held responsible for any financial loss, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of trip cancellation, delay, or non participation if the guest does not hold valid travel insurance.
Final Note
